Wet your hair thoroughly. For shampoo, rub the bar between your hands to create lather, or glide it directly onto your scalp. Massage into roots and let the lather work through to the ends. Rinse well. For conditioner, glide the bar directly onto wet hair — focusing on mid-lengths and ends. This makes it easier to deposit product where you need it. Leave for a minute, then rinse.
