This page outlines our returns and exchanges policy. Please review it before placing an order. Placing an order indicates that you agree to the terms below.
Summary: Unopened bars may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Opened or used bars are final sale. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no charge.
The 14-Day Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return on unopened, unused product in its original packaging. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Eligible for Return
- Unopened bars in their original packaging
- Bars that have not been used, wet, unwrapped, or otherwise altered
Final Sale
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened, used, or unwrapped bars
- Items marked final sale at checkout
- Limited drop items past the 14-day window
- Gift cards and digital products
California law specifically exempts personal care products that cannot be resold for health reasons from the standard return mandate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, melted in transit, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge. The original item does not need to be returned.
How to Request a Return
Email seaflamingolegal@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit on your account.
Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange one bar for another, follow the same return process. The same 14-day window and eligibility rules apply. If the requested item is unavailable at the time of your request, we will issue a refund instead.
Cancellations
Orders ship Monday through Friday. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Once an order has shipped, the return process above will apply.
Limited Drops
Sea Flamingo operates on a small-batch, limited-drop model. If a product is sold out at the time of your return request, we may only be able to issue a refund rather than an exchange.
Updates
This policy may change. The version dated at the top of this page applies. The version in effect when your order was placed governs that order's return.
