These are the rules for buying from Sea Flamingo. We've kept them short and in plain English. Using the site or placing an order means you agree to them.

Our Products

Sea Flamingo LLC makes handcrafted shampoo and conditioner bars in small batches in the Bay Area, California.

Because every bar is made by hand, no two are identical. Slight differences in size, shape, weight, and color are part of the craft — not flaws. They don't affect how the bar performs.

Orders and Payment

You need to be 18 to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Orders depend on what we have in stock, and we can refuse or cancel any order — most commonly if we spot fraud.

Prices are in US dollars. Your payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit cards.

Shipping

We ship inside the United States only. No international orders at this time.

• We process orders in 2–5 business days
• Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after that
• You'll get tracking at the email address you gave us
• Drops and busy periods can stretch these timelines

Once we hand your order to the carrier, it's theirs to deliver. We can't control weather, routing, or carrier delays — though if something goes wrong, we'll do what we can to help.

All Sales Final

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

These are personal care products. Once a bar leaves us, we can't verify it's in the same condition — so for hygiene reasons, every sale is final.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at seaflamingolegal@gmail.com with photos. We'll work it out with you directly.

Before You Use a Bar

Read this section before your first use.

Our bars are for external use on hair. They're not medicine. They won't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anything.

Patch test first. With any new hair or skin product, apply a small amount to a discreet patch of skin and wait 24–48 hours. Any redness, itching, or discomfort means stop using it.

Allergens. Our Cocoa Almond Conditioning Bar contains sweet almond oil and is made in a space that handles tree nuts. Do not use it if you have a tree nut allergy. Our Coconut Shampoo Bar contains coconut-derived ingredients — coconut allergies are rare, but check the full ingredient list if you have any concerns.

If anything happens. Irritation, itching, redness, any kind of reaction — stop. If it doesn't clear up, see a doctor.

Kids. These aren't designed for use by children without adult supervision.

Eyes out. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if it happens, rinse thoroughly with water. Don't eat the soap.

Storage. Keep bars in a cool, dry place. Let them dry between uses — that's how you get the most out of them. The conditioning bar has cocoa butter, which softens in heat.

Results Vary

Hair is personal. Texture, type, condition, water quality — all of it shapes how our bars perform for you. We can't promise specific results, and the reviews on our site are individual experiences, not guarantees.

Switching from liquid products to bars takes an adjustment period. That's normal — not a defect.

What's Ours

Everything on this site — words, images, logos, product names, design — belongs to Sea Flamingo LLC. Copyright and trademark laws protect it. Don't copy, redistribute, or use it without our written okay.

"Sea Flamingo" and "Let It Cure" are our trademarks.

Limits on What We Owe

To the extent the law allows, Sea Flamingo LLC and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our products or site — including allergic reactions, hair or skin outcomes, or disappointment in results.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid for the product.

Some states don't allow these limits. Where that's true, our liability is limited to whatever the law does allow.

If Something Goes Wrong Because of You

If you misuse a product, ignore the warnings above, or use something in violation of these terms or the law, and a third party comes after us because of it — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending against that claim. This doesn't apply when the issue is on our end.

Governing Law

California law governs these terms. Any dispute goes through state or federal courts in California.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site or order from us after that means you accept the update.

Severability

If one piece of this doesn't hold up in court, the rest still does.
