This page outlines our shipping policy.

Summary: US shipping only. Orders process within 3-5 business days and ship via USPS. Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available. To be notified when international shipping becomes available, please subscribe to our email list.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. Each order is hand-packed in small batches before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Most orders ship via USPS.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $50 or more.

Estimated Delivery

After your order ships, expect delivery within 2-5 business days for most US destinations. These are USPS estimates and not guarantees. Holidays, weather, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at seaflamingolegal@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please:

  1. Check the area around your mailbox and with anyone else at the address
  2. Contact your neighbors
  3. File a missing mail claim with USPS at usps.com
  4. Contact us at seaflamingolegal@gmail.com

We are unable to replace lost or stolen packages free of charge, but we will assist you in recovering the order through the carrier where possible.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you discover an error before the order ships (within the 3-5 business day processing window), please contact us and we will correct it. If the order ships to an incorrect address, the package must be returned to us before we can re-ship, and you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or melted, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no charge.

Updates

This policy may change. The version dated at the top of this page applies. The version in effect when your order was placed governs that order's shipment.
